RULES OF THE "FIRST SERVICE FOR 0 ISK" PROMOTION
§1 GENERAL CONDITIONS
  1. The organizer of the promotion is Paweł Pastuszka, an entrepreneur specializing in business process automation.
  1. The promotion runs from March 16, 2025 to April 15, 2025.
  1. The promotion is addressed exclusively to new customers who have not previously used the Organizer's services.
  1. As part of the promotion, a new customer can receive one selected service from the offer free of charge.
§2 PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
To take advantage of the promotion, the customer must meet the following conditions:
  1. Fill out a detailed qualification survey, containing:
  • Characteristics of the company and industry
  • Description of current business processes
  • Identification of the main operational challenges
  • Business goals for the next 6-12 months
  • Currently used systems and tools
  1. Provide the necessary data and materials appropriate for the selected service:
  • For in-depth analysis of development data:
  • Historical sales data from at least 12 months
  • Current KPI indicators in electronic form
  • Access to analytical systems or data export
  • Information about the seasonality of the business
  • Development plans for the next 12-24 months
  • For analysis and processing of marketing data:
  • Statistics of marketing campaigns from at least 6 months
  • Data on target groups and customer segments
  • Access to analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • History of conversions and purchase paths
  • Budgets and ROI of previous activities
  • For strategic consulting and advisory:
  • Current business strategy
  • Organizational structure of the company
  • Competitive analysis
  • Historical data on business results
  • Strategic goals for the next year
  • For designing and implementing analytical dashboards:
  • Access to data sources
  • Specification of key indicators to monitor
  • Requirements for data views and filtering
  • List of users and access levels
  • Examples of preferred visualizations
  • For integration with external systems:
  • API documentation of systems for integration
  • Developer or administrative access
  • Data flow diagram
  • Use case specification
  • Data security requirements
  • For maintenance and development of systems:
  • Full documentation of existing systems
  • History of past technical issues
  • Current service and monitoring procedures
  • Development priorities for the next few months
  • SLA and requirements for business continuity
  • For implementation and maintenance of marketing activities:
  • Current marketing strategy
  • Branding and content materials
  • Access to marketing channels
  • Historical campaign results
  • Marketing budget and KPIs
  1. Accept the implementation schedule agreed with the Organizer.
§3 SERVICE IMPLEMENTATION
  1. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to provide the free service if it finds that:
  • The data provided is incomplete or insufficient
  • The implementation of the service requires a workload exceeding the standard scope
  • The project goes beyond the Organizer's area of expertise
  1. The service delivery time will be determined individually, depending on its scope and complexity, but not longer than 30 business days from the moment all necessary data is provided.
  1. The service will be provided once, without any obligation for further cooperation.
§4 FINAL PROVISIONS
  1. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts.
  1. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the promotion early without giving a reason.
  1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
